I can not believe what a difference in GPL after upgrading to an Abit
BH6 with a PII400.
I had a 200mmx with a monster3d II and thought it was pretty good until
you hit traffic, But now its amazing 36fps no matter what running in
800x600 with full graphics on. It is a whole new game. I can even drive
better. I can't wait to get home and drive some more. And with the Sound
Blaster live the sound is mind blowing  in full surround sound and
subwoofer going the whole room shakes.

See you guys

f1 racing sim preset, but it sounds always like driving in a tunnel ( I ve
the 4 point surround speaker also)

I've seen others who like the "Forest" environment.

I personally haven't found one I like yet, so I leave it set at none.

I use the Quake 2 ,but with the reverb cranked up a couple notches. I am still
playing around with it.

I'm running a 166mhx Pentium with a Voodoo 2 card, and Grand Prix Legends
runs very well, so long as I don't have any other cards on the road, but
even then I have to decrease some of the graphics options. I can't wait to
one day try it out on a faster machine like a 450mhz Pentium II, or even a
550 with SLI!

Now that would rock!

Do you use a steering wheel? It's taken *** to a new level for me. :-)
