The best thing would be to download WinMIP from any website such as
http://www.racesimcentral.net/;  (check out other incredible add-ons for Cart
Racing).

You would need to unpack your cars.dat file (depending on the carset name)
and import your painting as a file into the *.dat.

Driving Painted Cars In Cart Racing?

I have painted several cars for Cart Racing but can not figure out how to
make it so I can drive them.  Can anyone help me out?
Also there are some parts of the car that can not have decals put or
painted on them.
Is there any way to do this.  I have done it in paint shop and then tried
to import it.
It still left those areas blank though.  Any other way to do this?

Thanks in advance

Start Paintkit, and choose "Swap Cars".  At the first car (the one you have
been driving), choose "Select Car".  Move to the one you want to drive, and
choose "Select Car".  The two cars will exchange positions in the lineup.

Marc J. Nelson (a long-time resident here at r.a.s.) is working on a fully
paintable carset.  The two-car beta set is available at The Sim Project,
www.simproject.com.  The full set is supposed to be available "soon".  Now, if
Marc would just define soon....... :o)

soon
adv.  soon*er, soon*est.  1. In the near future; shortly.  2. Without
hesitation; promptly;: as soon as possible.  3. Before the usual or
appointed time; early.  4. With willingness; readily:'I'd as soon
leave right now.'  5. 'Obsolete.' Immediately.  --idioms. no sooner
than.  As soon as. sooner or later.  At some time; eventually.

How's that?  =)

Cheers!
