Nascar Heat steering spike problem

I have a *** steering (and sometimes throttle) spike that makes NH
unplayable.
Sitting idle at a stop (with suspension view) the wheels spike to the
left every few seconds, and if I hold the brake to the floor, it
spikes from 20-100%
while driving the throtle spikes too.

I have non of these issuies withmy other driving sims (irt track
racing, leadfoot, driver, NforS porsce).

anyone have any idea's?

I had this problem in N4 (with multiple wheels) I thought maybe Sound card
Game Port (changed Sound card same thing)  Found out it only does it in Open
GL if I run D3D never does it
