There is a really good Windows editor for the game by Trevor Kellaway of
Compuserve entitled GP Editor 2.0.  I'm just getting onto this group,
so I don't know which editor you guys have been talking about.
There are also programs which allow you to alter the hp ratings of
both the AI and the human cars as well as the grip ratings of computer
cars, and several programs which allow you to chart your races.  
If you can tell me your specific needs, I can point you toward a good
program.
