rec.autos.simulators

I've heard that a track editor for F1GP exists.  Can someone tell me how
to get hold of a copy of this.  I don't have PC access to the net however.
Is there a FAQ?

Is there a track database that anyone is keeping?  Like American tracks,
European tracks, etc.

/pub3/pc/dos/games/HELP/
and it works just fine. However, it is _not_ a track
editor. You can use it to edit teams' and drivers'
names and abilities, and to change car colors and
numbers, but you _can't_ edit the tracks with it
(at least as far as I can tell :^)
