Hawaii help!

Hawaii help!

Whenever I try to get on Hawaii I get to the screen with the green
header.I trys to connect but then my computer clicks and it says "Can't
Connect".What should I do I have a 14.4 modem and tried to sign on at
every different speed.Please help.
