Hawaii help single player?

I'm not into multi player racing, but I was wondering if the Hawaii
multi player software would make any changes during single player
racing.  Is it worth the download?

Thanks,
Mark

Only if you want to do preseason testing.  You can't do a single race or
a championship season with the multi.exe.  Bascially if you aren't doing
online racing, or modem racing for that matter, it really will not add
anything as it makes no changes to the regular nascar.exe file.

Well, the setups are a lot more predictable, due to a bug fix in the
physics model. But since you can't run single player races, it might get
pretty boring out there on the track by yourself. Modem racing works, so a
few of us have found sparring partners to run against. Frankly, I haven't
booted up NASCAR since MULTI came out. I'm either prepping for a race,
modem racing, or racing on Hawaii.
