Hawaii Help

Downloaded the hawaii.exe file and extracted.  I was able to connect all
fine and dandy.  When I attempted to go to the race scheduler, the window
pops and says connecting.  Then, boom, a message appears that states "bad
connection, but we're coping".  I tried several times tonight and keep
getting the same message.  Anybody else had this problem?  Any ideas on how
to remedy this problem.

I keep getting a message that says "you seem to have an unstable
connection" or something.

I used a boot disk and all is well.  I'm hooked on this Hawaii thing now.
