GTR - FF adjustment ?

Well, I finally got FF to work (not sure how, actually), but now the wheel
is stiff as hell.  The centering spring is WAY too strong.

I can't find any adjustments for this.  Anyone?

You run the MS wheel right Larry?  Im not familiar with that wheel but you
should be able to control some of the options (including spring centering)
in Windows control panel/game controllers/properties?

Yeah, I can do that.  Just never had to do it in that control panel before
