Question: Hungarian Simworld has a new No-CD patch. No info on it. Will it
work for multiplayer?

AFAIK, not for racing on Sierra servers.  You can race in multiplayer with
no-cd patches if you connect via IP.

Thanks. I didn't see any documentation. I suspected that would be the
answer.
