The difference between The Pits and PWF T/A physics...

I've seen several people ask this question, and also seen some mis-information...so let me set the record straight.

First off, as far as what they do the actual physics, they're identical.  They both activate the T/A physics.  Doesn't matter if
you do it with their mod, our mod, or by hand, it's going to be the same.

As far as mods, it's apples and oranges.  If you want to run the Trans Am mod, run theirs.  If you want to run The Pits Touring
Car Championship, run ours.  While they both will share some similarity (some bodies, paintschemes and of course the physics),
there will be some BIG differences as the mods progress.  Then you can run both of them, one of them, or decide that T/A physics
suck and you only want Winston Cup!

Much the same as our Grand National 1970 mod.  It will share physics with the Craftsman Truck mod that PWF already put out, but
other than that (and there will even be changes to the handling/physics), you won't see a simularity at all except the platform
they run on.

Hopefully that will clear up some of the muddy waters that have been splashed about...

Cheers!

Jan, is it possible to use different series extension but still use
the available physics?  It would rule if we could have .pv8 for a v8
mod using the t/a physics, .ptc for touring cars, pnl for legends, etc
which would allow us to run many series simultaneously without having
to worry about which are installed.
