Hi,

I've heard that there may be a GPL movie on the Nascar track pack. Can
anyone confirm this for me? Also, is it on the UK release (or
available anywhere on the net?). I'd be really interested in seeing
this...

Alan,
You bet, there is a short Grand Prix Legends movie on the BGN CD and it
looked pretty good to me. This was the US version but I suspect
Papy/Sierra would sell the same one on your side of the pond. After all,
you guys speak English and we can lay claim to some form of the language
<ggg.> Good luck, as I have not seen it anywhere on the net.

Yes Alan, there is a movie demo, however it has more old movie footage
than it does footage of the new sim :( It does show a couple of in-car
shots that show the drivers hands and one really cool shot where they
pan over and zoom in on the right rear-view mirror.
The mirror shot is real cool and the hands look much better than I
anticipated, after reading some of the posts here in r.a.s.. In one
shot, the driver's hand leaves the steering wheel and works the gear
shift! I thought it was a nice touch. Good luck finding this on the
net. Like you, I can't wait for this program to be released!
