Is there a utility that will compile single race result files and make a
standings file out of them?  As me and my cousin are going to be running
a multiplayer season, but you can't run season mode with multi player,
unless I'm not doing something right.

It depends.  How close are the N2 standings files to the ICR2 ones?  I
made one of these for ICR2 (it's called CRWCHIEF - or IndyCar Crew Chief).
If the file structure is exact then it should work ok (maybe).  If it is
close I might be persuaded to update it to work with N2.
