Thanks for the post, but it's been out for almost 2 weeks. I'm sure that
everyone who regularly reads the newsgroup has gotten a copy from one of
the dozens of mirror sites by now.

How about the people who don't read this group regularly, Eric? Should
they receive the benefit of the doubt in this case? I found out about
Hawaii three months after it opened from such a post. It's a good thing
too, that saved me about $1500.00 in long distance :^)
