Go into a testing session and set your wings to 11 front 6 rear.
The default setup uses 3 front/9 rear which is why the car feels like
it wants to go straight, even through the doglegs.
Also, set the wheel options to 0% across the board if you want linear
steering.

What Jason said, but the perspective is also a bit deceiving... try turning
in a little earlier.

Also found that setting the centering option (whatever it was) down to
-2 or -3 made a vast difference in the twitchiness of the car with my
Momo.
Speaking of twitchy, has it just been so long since I've raced an open
wheel oval, or are these cars way too easy to move around the track.
Seems that there should be some consequences for near 70degree veering
left/right... ;-)
I have the car fairly trimmed out--rear wing all the way back and front wing up
a few degrees, and I can easily take the track flatout. You BARELY have to move
the steering wheel--go too far and it KILLS your cornering. Also, make an
early turn-in and stay in the groove.
