NFS Porsche 2000 - keeps hanging

...which is the same game as Unleashed; but I guess "unleashed" is not too
well known a word in Asia so they have changed the name here.

Anyway, can anyone suggest why the game keeps***. Sometimes after 10
seconds, sometimes agter half an hour; but always when I am driving (in
evolution mode). I have the latest sound and video drivers but it still
hangs. Very frustrating because it is a wonderful game.

Any suggestions welcome, thanks.

P.S. Where can I find the latest patch; it is not on the EA site?

Remove:Gimme.dll from the root Dir.........this worked for me..........good
