Hi All

My opinions on this game are totally AWESOME especially the FACTORY DRIVER
mode,to say I am enjoying it is an understatement the GRAPHICS are mega at
1024 x 768 and really smooth !!
The waterfalls are AMAZING what with all the spray coming from them and in
32 bit colour.
The only niggle I have is the FRIGGIN TEDIOUS 360 spins you have to do in
between the cones ,it took me about 35 attempts to get it right then *** ME
I had to do two of the bastards in succession later on that really PISSED me
off.The replay which I have saved looks AWESOME though.
EXCELLENT GAME me thinks and without a shadow of doubt the BEST in the
series so far.

There are more -- you have to unlock them, though. Much as I hate this
in most games, though, the Factory Driver mode more than makes up for
it. This may be one of the most immersive games ever -- between the
Factory Driver and Evolution modes in NFSPU, and the career mode in
DTR, I think we may be seeing a revolution in racing sims.

Can you unlock the skid pad with a cheat? I wan't to use whenever I want to
with every car I want .

I just want a Sunday drive on some other tracks, don't really have time to
unlock them. Any idea where the cheat code is?

Use the NFS Police cheat from NFSCHEATS.COM. Works great. All
tracks, but not all cars.

You obviously haven't finished the Factory Driver mode yet. Just wait
til you have to drive for the new Porsche commercial. You have to take
the Carrera Cabrio and do a 180 between the cones, then drive in
reverse to the next set of cones, do another 180 to get facing forward
again, then turn right, drive a ways then another right, then finally
do a 360 in the last set of cones. And all of this has to be done with
the manual transmission. I worked on that for about an hour....but it
was fun!

Indeed. I finished the evo mode at the hardest setting, but this has
got me stumped... I hated the one 360, the 2 360s, now it's 3 with
cones in the middle in a car that's got fantastic grip. Gotta review
the replay and see if I start them too soon or too late or what....
Argh !

What a great game though !

I downloaded a file called "nfs5_allcars_tracks.zip" and ran it. It ran ok
and launched the game, but I didn't get any additional cars or tracks. Good
try anyway ;)

Not the "nfs5allcars_tracks.zip"....the "nfs5-cop.zip." It's listed
on the site as the "Cop Car Cheat." Once you download it, it unzips
into a new profile called "Police" that gives you more cars and all
the tracks. Give it a shot and report back. :)

(The "nfs5allcars_tracks.zip" only works with the warez version of
NFS5.)

I use a cheat wich enables me of using all cars and tracks, but I don't
remember where. But you must unhark the files and play the game via
trainer.exe instead of porsche.exe. Works fine for me, I love the 'Moby
***' Porsche!!
I'm going to have a look if I can find the URL.
