Ok here's the deal....  I was racing at Michigan and we were under caution.
 The spotter announces one lap before green.  All the cars a lap down pass
me on the inside..  We go green and they are still down there racing to get
their lap back....  Is this an unmentioned feature in the patch or another
bug?????  Also, has anyone figured out how to fix the problem at C***te
at night with the green border on the screen??

Well if you take into consideration the fact that there is not a file in
the sound.dat-file that says anything like that - i have to ask:

Where you VERY dissapointed when you WOKE up ???
