Does anyone know if we will ever see a double file restart so that
lapped cars will start on the inside?  If Papyrus/Sierra wants realism,
this sure would help us not-so-expert drivers.

I have not doubt that Papyrus intends to add double-file restarts as soon
as possible. However, I doubt you'll see it in NASCAR 2. I think most of
their resources will be focused on the NRO and the new sim engine. I'm sure
we'll see a patch to N2 in a few months, maybe timed to the start of the
NRO, but I seriously doubt there will be any new features added, other than
what's necessary to make the NRO work.

Hopefully for NASCAR3, but not until then.

R U kidding?  I could've sworn in N2 as I restarting at Talladega, and I
swear, that some banged up cars were lined up on the inside of me, no
lie.  Ned kept saying, you're racing the #88(he was behind me), but #24,
#18 were lined up under me, if it was freak thing than***us, but if
it is really double file restarting, than YEA ME!

-- If Papyrus/Sierra put everything into Nascar 2, Then they wouldn't be
able to produce any more products on the theme of Nascar racing.
Its a way of getting your money for there next release.

That's funny, I got a pretty decent upgrade offer.

Maybe by the time NCR6 comes out, we will finally get to choose our pit
stall and we'll get to drive our car into Victory Lane.
