I am having problems with the steering locking and the gas peddle sticking.
Seems to be intermittent. Any help would be appreciated.

GP3-2000 also, but not as bad.

I'll assume you mean it sticks electronically, as opposed to physically.  Check
your connections to the game port.  If the wheel and pedals have a separate
connection, check that.  In the windows game controller setup screen, are you
running generic, and is 'poll for interrupts' checked?  I'm curious if you see
the same glitches in the calibration test screen...

I believe the wheel is fine,  as it works well in everythihg else. Also the
keyboard will not respond some times either. Poll  with interupts enabled, is
not checked and calibration is fine
