Set up dial up networking on both PC's.  Then on one PC, (at least) set up
dial up server.  That's available in Win95 with the Plus Pack and comes with
Win98 under communication options in the windows setup tab.  You are most
likely going to have to enter IP addresses in the tcp/ip protocol setup in
Network Properties and may have to switch and reboot each time you go from
the internet to direct connect because of tcp being bound to the dial up
adapter.

Another possibility is to set up your dial up networking connections to use
IPX instead of TCP.  This way there is no address (that you need to be
concerned with) and the setup won't interfere with your internet setup.

If you have any specific questions, your welcome to email me directly and
I'll cover it in greater detail if you're not certain of what I'm talking
about.  It should be really quite simple.  It's just not handled directly by
the game.

Sorry, I had a mental lapse.

As long as you make a NEW dial up networking connection, you can use TCP as
the protocol and specify an IP Address without touching your internet setup.
I'm confused because I have 3 IP's on my system.  Modem, Network card and
satellite dish receiver.

Again, if you want specifics, email me.
