SCGT New Cars..HELP Installing

I just got SCGT and have downloaded the patch and the three new cars from
the EA site.  I though I followed the directions by unzipping the files into
the /patch folder of the game, but when I run the game, the new cars are not
there.  Any help appreciated.

You have to go to career mode and buy the cars.
