really easier for all ;-)
Many people here are from other leagues but don't use it for their main
message area, that is all I was pointing out.

PS - it's true that one post, "attention ALL RASCAR drivers" probably
would've worked as well. But thanks to John and the other guys for their
work in with the series anyway. Rascar posts don't bug me, but for anyone
who is bothered, it's easy to filter stuff out if you don't want to see it.

Fine, fill yer boots guys. I will limit my postings here from now on or use
other forums that are not as RASCAR specific.

The name of this discussion is rec.autos.simulators though not RASCAR.discussion.

It's RASCAR and you are welcome to join. RASCAR was bred out of this
newsgroup, so this is the proper place for the discussion IMHO.

Kevin, you may not be interested in RASCAR but it really is right on topic here.
Go on over to the flight sim NG if ya wanna see off topic posts ;). Limbaugh/Fonda wars at it's best.
The name of this discussion is rec.autos.simulators though not RASCAR.discussion.

On the other hand; maybe I'm missing something here, but I fail to see the
problem. No doubt some have no interest in RASCAR; that's fine. I have no
interest in many posts here, but don't question their legitimacy. The
primary thing that differentiates RASCAR from typical leagues (that do
maintain other forums) is that it's raison d'etre was to offer a non-league
racing venue for the denizens of R.A.S.. Kind of hard to split the two,
given that. And again; ten seconds with filtering tools and no one need
ever see a dread RASCAR post again.
JMHO,

Perhaps Email is better when dealing with individual drivers

It IS a league.
See, there's always a good side...
You can complain about it all you want, but as long as this is RAS,
you will see RASCAR messages (unless you choose to filter them out).
