Thank you for the response. I recieved this as a gift just last year. I do
a lot of on-line racing and the Nascar Pro Wheel only came out 2 years ago.
I'm disappointed that you are unable to service a product that was on retail
shelves everywhere and widely bought and used by the 1000's I race with. I
really thought that Thrustmaster was a company that believed in helping it's
loyal fans. I guess I was wrong. I will also post this and let those that I
race with understand your commitment and philosophy behind your product.

Looks like the best move I ever made was to shelve my Thrustmaster T2 and
purchase a MSFF wheel. I still have plenty of spares from the days when
Thrustmaster gave the best customer service.
