Thrustmaster service...WOW!

by mike turner at Herne Bay. Kent. U » Sat, 30 Aug 1997 04:00:00

I have had cause to contact Thrustmaster service on several occasions,
(I have a GP1 wheel and it gets an awful lot of use) i can only say good
things about them.

Boy do they look after their customers.

My last request for service parts from them by email resulted in the
part arriving in the UK by express air mail only 4 days after the mail
back from them saying they would deal with it!

Cost them lots in postage and i feel that i must thank them publicly for
the good service.

Well done Thrustmaster, Max and all in the service dept.

Mike.

At first I thought they sucked. My T2 brake spring broke and I spent a
whole month without it. Then a package came with the mail, and yes,
replacement strings. They sent them for free into Russia! TM actually
rules, the stamps say they sent it 3 days after my e-mail, it's the
local post-office that sucks. I guess asking for an e-mail confirming
that the parts have been sent would be too much in my case, yet it
would have saved me a lot of nerves (the only local alternative was to
buy a whole new T2, and they still retail at 192 USD here).
Thanks TM.

What is this new Pro Panel stuff?  First I've heard of it.
