ICR qualifying

I just realized last night that there IS a way to get the computer
cars to drive for qualifying times, at least for road courses.
Adjust the BLAP value so that the times for all cars are worse than
they will actually drive, and the comp cars will go out and beat those
times, re-adjusting the qual times.  You'll have to go through a few
rounds of qualifying for all the cars to get out and drive, though.
You could also do this for ovals, but you'd have to change qual to
the 10min open format.  I can check and post the value in track.txt
if anyone is interested.

This is very interesting! Can you post some of the actual track times
achieved (including track, weathr, opp %, etc)? I'd like to know how
well they do this way. I am surprised teh game actually records
these lap times. This is actually the biggest news for me: this would
allow Papyrus to create utilities and result file creation that is
much more detailed than the current one!

This is good news, and it seems to work.  I did a quick test in
Cleveland (QUAL 0 30 and BLAP 99999): I had a 30 minute qualifying
session and computer drivers were actually trying to qualify with
realistic (ICR) times.

I quess I will go into open session format in ovals too, although it
isn't realistic.
