The Goal:
Our goal is to supply a league that runs for a cash purse at every race and
for the overall points championship, yet keeping it as professional as
possible. Every driver has a chance at winnings at every event with
finishing positions and bonus funds being awarded at each. The amount of
winnings is dependant by the number of participants; the more people
attempting to make the event, the larger the purse and bonuses will be. The
pay-out structure allows for the top-20 positions in each race to get some
amount of winnings, with the top-10 (in a 40-car field) getting an equal or
larger purse then thier entry fee. Whether you earn or lose money depends on
if you run a good race, not necessarily win. Finishing every race and going
for the championship purse can get you a much larger pay-out at the end of
the season, so running laps even when damaged can mean the difference
between a $50 and a $300 check at the end of the year. Racing for a purse
brings upon the fear of haivng another driver "take you out" for the
money... there are plans to prevent this as well; There will be officials in
each and every purse event moderating the participants and penalize if
needed. (No purse events will be scheduled before a Papyrus patch of N4)

The Plan:
 $15 Entry fee that must be received by 48-hours prior to race time, via
mail or PayPal
 A confirmation will be sent with password to qual session once fee is
received
 May choose to race as a "no-fee" driver in no more then 20% of races.
 Enrollment requires a "license of competition" by every participant.

Qualifying:
 Fastest time awarded a cash bonus
 Qualifying to be on separate server(s) over the week prioir to the actual
race.
 2 qualifying attempts are allowed for each entry.
 A maximum of 40 drivers can qualify for each event. 32 by time and 8
provisional starters
 Provisional starters are determined by point standings
 Provisional starters must start race in the back of the field
 DNQ's will receive points for a 41st place finish

Race:
 All races will be with realistic settings and 60% race distance
 Races to be ran Satruday mornings beginning at 10am Eastern
 Top-20 are paid percentages of the event purse
 Max latency will be set at 250. Excesive warping will prompt removal from
race
 Officials will remove and participant immediatley for flaming or wreckless
driving w/o warning.
 Trophy awarded to each event winner

Championship:
 Must race in 80% or more of the races (fee paid) to be eligible for
championship purse.
 Top-10 in points are paid percentages of total championship purse.

Disclaimer:
 This league is a non-commercial and non-profit organization. Participant
fees are not to be considered as a "pay-to-play" fee. Fee's are not required
to participate in the league, only to participate in "purse events".
