How is it that Dave Noonan is the only person that can create new tracks
for GPL? Did he write his own track editor or is he a Papyrus employee?
I've never seen any postings from him.

Brands Hatch is great! My vote for the next one would go to the banking
at Monza, but I'm not sure if GPL can cope with an effective figure-of-8
track layout.

Think about it, have you ever seen the two of them in one place at the

An odd statement - why would you think it's an artist's job to report

When the "artist" titles his work Nixon or JFK, and presents it as being
historical in nature. Both of these movies were full of distortions and
half-truths. The main premise of JFK was proven to be fraudulent in the early
70's.
