Is there anywhere i can get tracks for icr2 and nascar racing so that i can
download them to use with the new gpl converter ?

You need to buy them to get the tracks.  NR1999 has many of the
tracks if you can't find those two.  Posting and downloading
them on the internet is illegal and you wouldn't want to break
the law now, would you?
