A couple more Nascar Heat ??'s

I appreciate the answers I got regarding my previous questions. I have a
couple of more questions now that I would like to have answered. I'm
just really e***d about the game and want to know as much as possible
I guess.

First off, I read where the AI will behave very well in the game going 4
and sometimes 5 wide. Well, in my other question I asked about the AI
cars racing you hard and each other but I forgot to ask when racing each
other hard will the AI sometimes mess up and take each other out in
wrecks? Its been my dream to be just bee bopping along at Dega or
Daytona in the middle of the pack and all hell break loose in front of
me. Now that does happen some in N3 BUT it only happens when an AI
looses it and spins helplessly. Will the AI "mess up" and hit each
other to cause some crashes?

Next question deals with about the same thing. In N3 when there's a
wreck the AI cars come to dead stops to miss it and its generally a big
mess and anyone thats played the Papy series of Nascar games knows what
I'm talking about. In NH will the AI cars do like their real life
counterparts and "try" to drive thru the wreck without coming to a
complete stop? Will they sometimes try to drive thru a wreck too fast
and cause theirself to crash?

Also I've read where there will be engine failures and the like. Will
there also be tire blowouts? I wouldn't want that to happen to me much
but it would be realistic if I was minding my own business in the middle
of the Dover race or whatever and my car just went dead right on a left
hand turn entering a corner b/c of a blowout.

In the game if you rub Dale Earnhardt the wrong way and wreck him will
his AI counterpart remember the little accident? For at least the
remainder of the race? If I spin him out at Bristol and he's not out
will I expect him to rub me a little or "take me out" if he gets close
enough to me? I've always wanted to see "pissed off AI" because of all
the banging I've done into them they never retaliate.

Finally, I am getting that new CPU thats more powerful sometime by
September but when Nascar Heat is released on August 15th will I be able
to load the game up ok in my PII 350 with 128 MB Ram and Voodoo 2 card?
Hope so. I know the game wouldn't look as pretty but I'd be getting the
most realistic Nascar game to date it sounds like and I couldn't wait to
try the baby out!

Oh yeah almost forgot will there be a demo of the game before Aug.
15th??? Please say yes!

Thanks in advance,

DownNDirty

Just following up on Pete's answer, Ed Martin, one of the NH designers,
regularly visits that group, so you'd get better answers there I think.
I share your e***ment about NH though!
