Update to F1GP editor

A couple of days ago someone posted about an updated editor for F1GP that
allowed you to edit the aggresiveness of the computer drivers. I've
deleted the posting and so have forgotten the site where I can download
it from. Could somebody mail me to tell where I can get it from.

I believe that Dave Gymer is working on a DOS version for you DOS
junkies who just won't use a Windows application :-)

Once again, I have to thank Rob Buis for providing the info on
how to change the computer car's agressiveness.
