They can change the way going into their pitstall. It seems like they can
stop from 0-55 into less than a sec

Pit road traffic jams are actually pretty realistic IMHO.   I also
occasionally gain positions during caution flag pit stops - but I have also
lost some spots.  Please don't change this PAPY - because real WC drivers
on the lead lap all pit together under yellow.

I am not talking about the fact that everybody pits under the yellow.
This is a reflection of the real thing.  But, for instance at Michigan
when everyone pits the cars end up going about 20mph when the pit speed
limit is 65.  This causes the drivers towards the rear to take anywhere
from 3-4 times as long to get to their pit stall.  This is not
realistic.  And if you try to get out of the pits while this is still
going on cars are still going well below the pit speed limit.  The AI
cars are not adhering to rule of the road that you use the right-hand
lane for going down pit lane and the left-hand lane is for getting into
and out of your pit stall.  I don't mind and in fact enjoy the chaos of
a mass pitting.  But, I don't think it's realistic the way it's modeled
at some of the tracks.  Michigan just happens to be one of them.  The AI
behavior here is not even close to realistic.
