exhibition events in '96 and '97. They were won by Rusty Wallace and Jeff
Gordon respectively. The races hosted drivers from WC, BGN,CTS, and
international drivers.
As for NASCAR road courses. The only road courses are Watkins Glen and Sears
Point for the 2001 season in all of the 3 top divisions. Prior to 2001,
NASCAR road courses have also included Portland, Oregon / Topeka, Kansas and
Riverside, California. They even held NASCAR exhibition races at ***ia
International Raceway ( www.virclub.com ) back in the day.
