When I paint a new car, i cannot get the shading like the others the game
comes with, i noticed the cars from IWCCCARS were shaded, is there a tool
to do this, or is it just a manual thing?

You have to do the shading yourself. The paintkit will help with shading
body panels, but not the car detail.
