If PaintKit is available via FTP, then it's a pirated (therefore illegal)
copy. It comes with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway expansion pack.

A few Questions, Sorry if you've had them before:

Is there 2 expansion packs?
if so which one contains 1.05?
what is the difference between 1.04 & 1.05?
Is/Are the packs available in the UK, if so how much? and anyone know where?

What is a thrustmaster T1? If it is a steering wheel thingy & Indy
compatible How much?

Yes.

1. IMS Pack - Indianapolis Motor Speedway Add-On includes:
ver. 1.05
RaceCar Paint Utility
Replay Cut Utility
Settings Print Utility

2. 7 Track Pack - Cleveland, Phoenix, Australia, Detroit, Elkhart Lake,
Mid-Ohio and Vancouver
ver 1.05
Replay Cut Utility
Settings Print Utility

Both, See above

Assumingly some fixes, but some other crept up. Also, It changes some memory
tossling to better deal with the big one, Elkhart Lake.
