Whilst waiting eons for WSC to show up I was wondering about forking out
the princely sum of a tenner for SCGT. Can you play it online?

Yes - I've done this once, just got a mate to connect at the same
time and one of us hosted the race. Seem to remember it took a
bit of messing about to set up - but it worked.

Problem is, my friend was hopeless - he gave in after around an hour.

It CAN be done, but you need a good stout connection for the host. AND at
best you'll most likely only get 2 or 3 others online at one time. Even
finding others to race against is tough...it's an old sim that never really
put much effort into the online.
Still the touring cars around some of the shorter tracks are quite
fun...slamming frontwheel drive car around the Shortened Brands Hatch Indy
circuit is a blast.
