You can do it. How you do it depends on several factors and can have varying
results.
Your safest bet is to get another CL. Also, in theory, any V2 reference board
should work with another using reference drivers. My experience with this is
that the theory is BS. The metabyte wicked 3d is said to SLI with any V2 when
using metabyte drivers.
The latter is not surprising as a programmer who has just left metabyte wrote a
patch for reference drivers that allows mismatched SLI. This patch worked for
me, but note that updates for this patch to match reference driver updates are
strictly up to the guy who wrote the program - and I think he won't be writing

BTW - I just checked the creative site, they are listing out of stock on the
refurbs. This has happened before and they ended up offering more later. If I
had a CL, I would jump on it next time.
