All of a sudden t GPL wouldn't start properly. I had to wait for a minute or
two before it would start after clicking the exe file. If I would click
twice then after awhile, there would be two games running , lapping each
other. I could continue with the first one by just ESC-aping from the newly
born one. After a while, it  got annoying so I re-installed the damn thing.
 And now!
With newly installed game my lap times dropped drastically. I used to lap
Monza around 1.30,5 -1.31  with Ferrari , constantly. Now it seems that even
though I push hard, I can hardly make it to 1.33,5. And that's when I'm just
about driving on the edge. Also it seems that now ferrari has much more grip
on the corners and is much easier to handle. Slides are much easier to
control and I don't  go out of the track. Throttle is also much more in
control and it's difficult to lose your tail while coming out from
Parabolica, which before was normal element to watch. As if  with the new
install Ferrari has lost some of tis engine power and become more consumer
friendly. All this is OK, but i have lost also 3-4 seconds with this
politically correct Ferrari. What's going on? Is this some kind of a joke or
McDonalds version????
Yes, I have 1.2 version, just like before . And same core.ini and app.ini

Were you using a car setup by someone else?  With a new install you would be
using the default setup.

No. Everything is just as it was before the new install. I was using Alison
Hines set-ups and I use those same setups, same amount of gasoline, I drive
in Grand prix class  etc. I tried to put everything as it was.?????

Is there a difference betwwen 1.2 updates? I use UK version, which I did
also before, but loaded this one form different location.
Paranoid.

Sorry if this too obvious, but do you have throttle control and ABS
turned on by any chance ?
