Ah! What did I do? Now it keeps saying "Unable to load track" in GPL

I downloaded the utility GPLAIM2 and then went on the GPLEA WEB page
to download updated versions of all the original cars.  As far as I
can tell, I installed the new cars properly but now when i go to GPL
and try to load a track (Silverstone or Laguna or Ste-Jovite or
whatever), I get "Unable to Load track".

Any idea why I am getting this error message?

Remove all your recent updates & check that it now works.

Install the updates ONE AT A TIME and test gpl each time.

You'll then find out which update caused the problem & be in a better
position to find out where the problem lies. I'd suggest browsing through
here for tips on how to get certain cars working:
