"Looks to me as if he's driving on a pre GPL era converted track, which
all have issues with the new track lighting engine in NR2003. Basically
those tracks attempt to render the suns position at ground level in what
ever direction is specified in the track.ini so you end up with dark
***pits, and very long funky looking car shadows.

That's how I felt when I ran a GTR Viper down the backstretch at
Rouen...No drama. Of course it was barely more than a ribbon of road with
some trees, but it is possible to move the tracks. Only a matter of time.
