    Just curious.. I understand that the tracks.dat file must be changed in
order for it to be legal to be claimed as no longer a Papy track(?)  what
needs to be changed and by how much?

   That's true if you are providing the copyrighted Papyrus tracks in
the package.  David's convertor is simply taking Papyrus tracks (that
you've already purchased yourself) and editing them (which *might* be
a Papyrus software license violation, but they don't seem too
concerned about it).

Basically you can distribute a patch that substitutes your
data for the Papyrus data. You can not have ANY
Papyrus files in your patch.
