I can't convert any of the tracks. I get an error 'Failed to find resource
N2N4TEMP_INI'. Then it says the conversion is complete but no track! Help!

Did you extract from the zip before running the converter? I had the same
problem, and that was the fix for me...

What do you mean? I have the following files in my converter directory:

Atlanta.tni
Bristol.tni
Darlingt.tni
Michigan.tni
Nchrltte.tni
Oval2gpl.exe
Pike.tni
Readme.txt
Taladega.tni
Texas.tni

Am I missing something????????

It's a temporary file created during the install process. Just unzip the
files to somewhere on your HD and run the exe from there.

I'm not an idiot! Those were the files I had on my hard drive! I was
checking with you to see if I was missing a file.

No one is calling you stupid. We're just as ....... I had the same prob,
turned out that I couldn't convert NL tracks when I know it can be done. I did
manage N2 tracks and it's great fun.

Sorry, should have read your post more closely ;-) I know that that
particular error happens if you try installing direct from the zip, don't
know what else causes it though.

I had the same problem, turns out it was because I was running the
converter from within the zip file.
Unzip it into a temp directory and try again, it worked for me.
