F1-2000 problems with joypad,help?

by Simon Schiffeleer » Tue, 04 Apr 2000 04:00:00

Hi,
I know, its a crime to play F1 with a joypad. But untill I mary the
Dutch royal queen I have to play F1 with a joypad :)
Here's the problem, when I drive upon a straight its impossible to make
little corrections. E.g. when I try to make corrections I will spin
instandly.
Does anyone has the same problem? I know you can adjust certain things
at the control setup but I dont know how? when I adjust the steering
sensitivity I dont notice anything?
I like the game alot only the damn steering is really a pain in the
neck.
Can someone help me, I am starting to feel like Verstappen:)

Simon.

You are using a digital device which is on/off like a light switch.
Think of it as the driver slamming the wheel fully side to side
each time you press it.

You can buy a cheap analog joystick for a -very- low amount of
money. You will never be happy using a gamepad on any flying or
racing sim.
