Based on this NG, I downloaded the Viper demo and using the in car view and
the simulation mode I think it's a fun game. I found the car to be too loose
especially going into the turns. I tried to lower the front spoiler but that
didn't help.

I'm definitely not a setup specialist therefore what's the best way to fix
my loose condition ?

compared to gpl the viper is locked in! try a little different driving style, as
you enter the corner let of the gas and let the car stabilize before turning in.
as for setup change something from full one way to full the other way and you
will get an idea as to what you may want to tweak. good luck

Lowering the front spoiler if a car is loose in a corner will only make
it worse. For setup basics try raising the REAR spoiler or the rear ride
height. If the car gets loose while you are on the brakes try either
moving the brake bias to the rear or stiffening the front springs.

Since no one else bothered to offer any advice, here goes:

Bump        42    35
Rebound    78    63
Springs    70    77
Antiroll    75    70
Toe In    -0.2    0.3
Camber    -1.6    -0.6
Ride Height    5.2    5.9
Brake Bias    70    30
Wheel Lock    17
Spoilers    100    90
Final Drive 3.9
Gears:
1st    1.92
2nd    1.44
3rd    1.14
4th    0.94
5th    0.80
6th    0.70

I;m no setup expert, either.  I used this setup, which was posted by Grant
Reeve, as a starting point.  I prefer the default drivetrain settings.
