Cheers, uwe

Browsing the RSC forums, I found this:

"Press 6, then press enter to cycle through the displays. It's the same info
that appears on the LCD."

This was in response to a question about displaying the pitboard.  Maybe
this is what you want.

Same info as the LCD but MUCH eaiser to read.
It tells you all sorts of useful stuff, much better than a pitboard. I've
mapped one of the steering wheel buttons to cycle through the MDF(multi-
function display). Now I need to learn how to read it without crashing ;)

While on the subject. How do you read the tire wear info thing? Lots of
colored dots changing color but haven't made sense of it yet. Is it showing
wear?

Well I can tell you some of it.  The outer single row of green dots
equals tire wear.  As your tread wears down, the dots will be removed and
as you get further down the tread it 'may' also change color from green to
yellow to red.(I haven't put in enough laps yet to verify this)
The 3 coloums of dots shows tire heat.  Last night, online, ( a very
smooth 15 car session with no lag btw) I was looking at the multifunction
display instead of my braking point.  So I locked up the brakes and slid
off.  I got back on ok, but my left front was yellow-red-yellow and the
tire would smoke at every turn/braking point.  I pitted and changed tires
due to the handling becoming very bad as well.  So, at least I can tell you
this much.  YRY is bad.
