GPL Pitboard for Croft 67 & Esbril 1994

I am trying to get these tracks to show the pitboard on the first lap
(hopefully somewhere near the start/finish line).  I have tried many different
numbers in the track.ini at the appropriate place:

[ pit_lane_0 ]

pit_board = 8.0 50.0

Usually around 300.0 for the second number works well, but nothing I try is
making these two tracks work.  All my other tracks for great on the 1st lap.

Anyone know why?
