Does any one know if Papyrus has released a "Secrets and Strategies"
book for ICR or ICR2 (like they have done for NASCAR Racing)?

Are there any "unofficial" tip books available?

The flyer they sent out announcing ICR2 said that one was pending, but I
don't think it's been published yet (maybe they're waiting to finish the
bug patch first before writing anything in stone).

None that I'm aware of.

First, Papyrus *didn't* release it, Sybex did.  The last thing I heard is
that ICR2 S&S will happen without a release date.
