The restrictor plate was ON in my case, and if any text files had been altered, the
Hawaii system wouldn't let me on.  Actually, I thought everybody had gone that
fast.......

I've ran 200+ with a 2 car draft a dega before.  laneman ann myself once
and a few other drivers as well.

I agree!  Do some laps at 85 degrees with zero wind and then let me know if
you get above 197 by yourself.  If you do then you have one of the fastest
cars in the world.  Send me your setup too if you can get above 197.
