Got replays of known wrecker in N4.  Where do I send them???

Pappy needs to change system.  How a guy gets a 4 rating with a 1.7LPI
is.....well it shouldn't happen.  LPI needs some work to ensure that guys like
this can't drive up everyone elses LPI.  LPI definately need to be considered
in rating.
