N4 Replay to AVI

Does anyone know if it's possible to take a Nascar 4 replay file and render
it to an AVI movie? I remember someone mentioned you could do that with GPL
replays at one point, but I don't know where to find it or if that would be
compatible with N4. It would seem like it could... they are at least from
the same developer.

Only what that I know of to do it at this point would be to use a video
capture card
